[Kbabel] KBabel 1.2 release time?

Some of the new features are invaluable for the users of kbabel - simple 
things like the datatools will improve translation quality tramaticly. 
So I agree a release is important.

A beta may be wiser.  Some of the features are major additions so it 
might be good to at least give people an indication that changes are 
wide and that they're not 100% final.
