[Kbabel] Catalog manager feature

I have no idea how to organize the work using WWW servers :-( I'm 
used to be online and do the work directly.

Sorry, I don't understand this. Your idea is to set marklist file to 
direct the translator what she should care about, right? How could markers 
of different type help you?
