[Kbabel] DCOP Communication Error

Hi all,

when trying to open the file quanta_extending-quanta.po KBabel crashes and 
gives me this debug output:

kbabel: opening file with project:
kbabel: charset: UTF-8 for
/mnt/my/cvshome/kde-i18n/de/messages/docs/quanta/quanta_extending-quanta.po
kbabel: start parsing...
kbabel: ready.
kbabel: New catalog
ERROR: KUniqueApplication: DCOP communication error!

Unfortunately there is no backtrace available (perhaps because of this DCOP
error?) and therefore I do not even have a clue where to start looking for
the problem.

Recompiling KBabel didn't help in any way...
