[Kalzium] Porting kalzium to external Avogadro

I build from master from your git repo. It was the first attemp to install 
avogadro, so i certenly have only one instalation. (Didn't try 1.0 yet)
I'm going to Randa this afternoon, maybe there will be someone that can help.
