[Kalzium] Kalzium GSOC project

Hi,
I've been talking with Marcus Hanwell about making improvements to molecular
visualization in Kalzium.  I am submitting a proposal for Google summer of
code to support animation in libAvogadro.   To warm up, I am also including
in my proposal support for the visualization of alpha-helices and beta
sheets.  I just wanted to introduce myself to the list.  I hope that you'll
have comments on my proposal and I'm open for more suggestions/criticisms.
