Hi,<br>I&#39;ve been talking with Marcus Hanwell about making improvements to molecular visualization in Kalzium.&nbsp; I am submitting a proposal for Google summer of code to support animation in libAvogadro.&nbsp;&nbsp; To warm up, I am also including in my proposal support for the visualization of alpha-helices and beta sheets.&nbsp; I just wanted to introduce myself to the list.&nbsp; I hope that you&#39;ll have comments on my proposal and I&#39;m open for more suggestions/criticisms. <br>
