OK, I have committed the updated credits. Here I paste them (Carsten not 
listed in this tab as he is in the "Author" tab). I hope I've been fair to 
everybody and most importantly, do not hesitate a second to show up (either 
on or off list) right now if you think I mischaracterized/underestimated your
