Jerome complained in IRC that Kalzium doesn't compile when you have 
OpenBabel2.1 but not Eigen. I found the issue (in kalzium.cpp we include the 
molecular viewer when we have OB2 but don't check for Eigen which is also 
needed) but for some reasons HAVE_EIGEN is not defined. 

I though the attached patch fixes this... but it doesn't work.
