Well, there are 22 aminoacids (ok, perhaps 30 or so, but not in human bodies) 
but billions of proteins. That is quite a difference. Furthermore, AS have < 
30 atoms while protients have in a average 400 AS => 12000 atoms. That is the 
other big difference.
Furthermore, the aminoacids are already written in xml as you can see in [1]. 

Why not expanding Kalziums abilities?
