[Kalzium] TODO for KDE 3.5 and post-3.5

Helo,
I think it's more a post-3.5 feature:
A interactive decay-chain-table. Interactive means that we don't have
the natural decay-chains like the Uranium238-chain or Thorium-chain
only, but any chain(-part) which the computer calculates from any
unstable isotope.
