[k3b] K3b official?

There was once the plan/idea to release 2.0 in April, 2.1 together with 
SC 4.5, and then try a 6-months cycle.

Being inside the SC doesn't really help an app. See music players:
No distribution I know ships SC's music player JuK by default. All ship Amarok 
(Extragear).
