Gluon package for Plasma Active

Hey,

I was planning to make a short demo about Gluon at the Plasma Active
sprint, but I was not unfortunately able to get it completely packaged
properly during the event due to the tons of other plans. :)

Although, the package is now ready for testing, thus any feedback is welcome:
