Hi,

welcome! I replied on the Matrix channel but I'll reply here too for
people who are not in the channel.

This year, GCompris maintainers are not willing to participate in
GSoC. The only reason I can see for us to participate is that we have
someone we consider that will contribute enough and stay after GSoC.
The previous years, we spent a lot of time and energy and we consider,
on GCompris side, it was not worth it.
We are still welcoming people who are willing to contribute of course
and will be helping them setting up their environment and coding but
there need to be a genuine interest in the project.

Cheers,
Johnny
