Translation release for GCompris mid-March

Hi,
we plan to do a bugfix release for GCompris around March 13th.
No new strings have been added since last version, the release will contain:
* bug fixes
* image/layout updates
* translation improvements
* relicencing GCompris executable to AGPLv3 (due to a AGPLv3 dependency).

Translation wise, Russian has been added back (thanks Alexandr and
Alexander!).
Albanian should be added soon also thanks to Besnik.
Belarusian and Brazilian Portuguese have been completed too,
