New module

Hi,
We're here at Lakademy and Frederico (Brazilian Portuguese GCompris
translator) told me about a module that existed in GTK version of GCompris
a few years ago, Sea Race. It was used to teach basic programming logic,
and we are thinking about creating a new design concept for the module and
implementing it in the current GCompris. Me and my friend (Edoarda) are
Computer Science students, and new contributors to KDE, and we need some
help on how to create a new module.
