Mock ups for adds on in Number with Dice activity

Hi,

I thought  of the following way as a suggestion:
We can have an option in the config with various options like numerals
(1,2,3), Romans (I, II) etc. We can also use objects like sticks as an
example inside the dice instead of dots. I am not sure if individual
fingers/objects will look good which can be discussed.
