GSoC 2017 proposal

Hello everyone,

I would like to propose to complete the following activities ideas under
GCompris in upcoming GSoC -

1) Railroad (Under review)
2) PlayRhythm (Started under a new branch, first prototype complete)
3) JButet's 'Place your satellite' (Already started in a branch )
4) Stephen's 'Alphabet ordering + jumbled words ' (Already started in a
branch)

Please share any suggestions as they would be helpful while drafting the
proposal.
