Above drive link is my proposal with planning added.

And yes, applications needs to be connected so as others can know if one is cheating or not. Because, if one chooses any alphabet or number in its tablet that number will be displayed on other's screen also with change in color indicating that that number/alphabet has been selected already.

Players will be able to host and join a server.
