Hi,

using GCompris.ApplicationInfo.localeSort(letters, items.locale); (this
commit:
https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=gcompris.git&a=commit&h=c9c4de98d20d58f18cccbf74e3800db8ae58861a),
you should be able to know if a letter is before or after another depending
on the locale.
