In the Gtk+ version it may seems like there is 2 app but there is only
one. Just run 'gcompris -a' and you have the adminitration console. The
admin is just an activity that is disabled in child mode.

Not decided how to implement that in the Qt version but from a user
perspective I think it is best to have 2 applications.
