phabricator subprojects

Hi,

I've asked for subprojects in phabricator so it will be easier to 
classify the different requests. Ben has created this 4:

* activities: where we can put the new activities we want to create.

* bugs: for known bugs (maybe we can use it instead of bugs.kde?)

* improvements: for any improvement we can do to improve gcompris 
(feature requests...).

* network: it will be used to set the tasks needed to have a functional 
server/client (admin mode).
