I just uploaded a new Windows binary named gcompris-9.5-2.exe

I just replaced the sqlite.dll file with the latest version from sqlite
official site. On my Windows Seven 64 bit system it fixed the startup
issue that returned a popup window with an SQL error.

I hope to be on track now and can move forward on the next improvement
cycle.

Bruno.
