[gcompris-devel] GCompris release 8.5RC3

Hi Bruno,

I have downloaded the release and tried to build it on:
 - Ubuntu 9.10 x86
 - Mandriva GLinux (2008.1) on the Gdium (MIPS)

On Ubuntu, the compilation went fine but I have an issue with the
administration back-end, I reported it on bugzilla here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=601816

On GLinux, I did not manage to build the software, I have the following error:
  goocanvasmodule.c: In function ‘_cairo_pattern_from_gvalue’:
  goocanvasmodule.c:38: error: too many arguments to function
‘Pycairo_CAPI->Pattern_FromPattern’

I am using the following packages:
  [student at gdium gcompris-8.5PRE3]$ rpm -qa | grep cairo
  libcairo2-1.6.4-1.1mdv2008.1
  libcairo-static-devel-1.6.4-1.1mdv2008.1
  libcairomm1.0_1-1.4.6-2mdv2008.1

Last, as the build went fine on Ubuntu, do you need anything tested in
particular?
