[gcompris-devel] Crash in some activity configuration

Making some more test yesterday, I found out we broke the python's
activity configuration code bringing GCompris to a crash.

Fortunately this is used only in tuxpaint and login. Sorry for the
inconvenient, we will make a new release once fixed. In the meantime,
just don't use these options.

By the way, I uploaded the release 8.3.10 for Windows users. It also
contains this issue.
