[gcompris-devel] Retractable control bar

As part of the work on gcomprisxogoo branch, I made a major change to
the GCompris layout.

The idea was to solve 2 problems:
- We are wasting real estate in the control bar (the bar at the bottom
of GCompris) since is is always there and we have less buttons than it
could hold.
- Many users now have wide screens and GCompris is based on the 800x600
resolution which is 4/3.

One solution is to make the bar retractable and transparent and change
our native resolution to 800x520. This way we don't have to change the
activities and we get closer to a wide screen ration.
