No. The pronunciation is the most important point.

Sounds has to be ogg compressed. AFAIK There are tips on the technical
point in the sound directory, in the sources:

Bruno Coudoin, our dictator, has gone on holidays far from the net for
some days. I am not really sure he can survive to that eperience :-).
You could wait for him to be back if you want to be sure how to do the
sound files.
