You're right.  I'll check for others as well.

As it should.  With no files available, it should default to hard-coded 
ASCII.  I'm attaching two keymaps to this email.  As it says in the 
comments, any UTF-8 chars can be included in any keymap.  You do not 
need to limit yourself to chars only from your language.

Thanks.  A tribute to my 1st year computer science prof.  I haven't done 
any real C programming in 16 years.... Amazing how much I've forgotten.

I'm attaching the latest patch; this one includes dynamic levels as well.
