[gcompris-devel] Removed 2.3

Based on the large number of issues found in the 2.3 release, I have
removed it from the download list.

I have fixed the missing image in the CVS but I wont create a new
release until we have an explanation on the library issue (some plugins
are not loaded on certain distrib).
