[FreeNX-kNX] use nxclient to access remote smb server using ssh tunnel

Hi all

maybe this is a silly question, but I'm quite new to freenx so please
forgive me in this case.

My setup has a freenx server running on a CentOS 5.2 box together with
samba on the same box. Normally, the samba shares are accessed locally,
now I would like to make these shares accessible for remote users
running the freeNX client on windows. Normal remote login through freeNX
(to the xfce 4.4 desktop on the server) works flawlessly.

The docs state how it's possible to access workstation disks/printers
from within the remote session running on the server. But this is the
reverse thing from what I am looking for: I would like to access a samba
share on my server (where freenx is running) using the ssh tunnel that
has been set up by the nxclient. In other words, I would like nxclient
(or the built-in ssh client within nxclient) to open not just my remote
session to the server, but concurrently install a ssh tunnel from
localhost to the samba server, allowing me to browse the server's samba
shares through the encrypted ssh tunnel (from the windows desktop). Is
this possible, and how?

Perhaps someone has done a howto for this, but I am unable to find it or
to get this to work - any advice would much be appreciated.

Regards
