[FreeNX-kNX] Windows NX client custom screen size?

Thanks - It was a laptop but I was able to find another one that
permitted the primary screen to be set to a virtual higher resolution
and then 'panned' by mouse motion. Doing this temporarily lets NX start
with a larger screen that can be moved to the 2nd display. It's clumsy
but I don't expect to start these sessions often.
