I don't know the NoMachine NXServer myself, but maybe they use an install script that takes care of SELinux?
I know that the FreeNX does no such thing, but maybe you could have luck in searching this ML for information on how to configure SELinux to let FreeNX connection work. If not, maybe bug your package maintainer about it?
