Perhaps - I don't know enough about hildon to know exactly what the 
problem is. I guess it's that the apps won't be providing the hinting to 
pop up the virtual keyboard. This would be a problem with VNC and 
rdesktop too, and the keyboard can be popped up manually anyway.
