You can find in your installation a folder called images:

/usr/NX/share/icons
/usr/NX/share/images

(assuming your installation is a default one)

Here you can change all the graphical elements - logo, icons, about windows...
Same thing for Thinstation (if you build your own ts image):

<thinstation build folder>/packages/nx/usr/NX/share/icons
<thinstation build folder>/packages/nx/usr/NX/share/images
