Launchpad is somewhat Debian focused and not as friendly for non-Debian (not
that they would stop you).  Also, they don't use SVN native systems.  All
SVN repos are imported into bazaar from what I understand.  If we plan to
move the project to bazaar that would be a way to do it though.
