Do you mean to have more than one desktop session running for the same
user from one client computer?
If so, you start the session again and choose 'new' in the dialog that
comes up (NX Session Administrator).
This should result in several concurrent sessions if you don't have any
restrictions set in the node.conf file.
Be sure that the following settings/directives in node.conf don't stop
the number of sessions you want (look at the inline help in that file):
SESSION_LIMIT
SESSION_USER_LIMIT
DISPLAY_LIMIT
Also check that the following is set to '0':
ENABLE_AUTORECONNECT=0
