how about they do it pro-bono and cap the bandwidth :)
IMO, we just need knowledge sharing.. not massive downloading of packages
and source files.
I think an ubuntu-wiki/debian-wiki could solve most of that need. For
developement etc... how about a tally of how many people would actually be
involved? I doubt that there would be such a huge need for such expensive
services.. heck, i'd dedicate a cable modem to it if everyone agreed to
it. cheap.
