thanks for all your help! its now working!
nxloadconfig was missing from /usr/NX/bin
cp from /usr/libexec/nx/nxloadconfig to /usr/NX/bin fixed it!
default key used :) changed key and it still works.. im laughing finaly
after 38 hours.. must sleep now.
