This file is the private key created during setup (I think I have used the 
Nomachine setup to create them, can't remember exactly). 
Is it a permission problem? Or does not the file exist?
Check with a "locate" whether this file exists somewhere else, and copy it 
to /usr/NX/home/nx/.ssh/

Yes it is a key pb. You just need to copy the file "client.id_dsa.key" from 
nomachine to /usr/NX/home/nx/.ssh/ (supposing you are using nomachine keys)
