[FreeNX-kNX] load balancing parameter (possibly) missing in nxserver/node.conf

Hi ,

I managed to get load balancing working in my NX setup.
I faced great deal of difficulty because the parameter

SERVER_LOADBALANCING="Yes"
was not present in example config file.
examination of nxserver script led to conclusion that
SERVER_LOADBALANCING should be initialized.
pls lemme know if i am mistaken.

I am very grateful to the developer(s) of FreeNX for making
NX usable and Nomachine  for open  sourcing the core technology.
