Do you mean that the NoMachine NX Client for Windows takes 100% CPU on 
Vista?

If so, I wouldn't be surprised. The client is based on Cygwin Xorg, and 
there've been similar reports on that mailing list. And Cygwin Xorg is 
lacking a maintainer at the moment, so I'm a bit worried for how NM is 
going to handle this.
