Oops, sorry. In nxserver. But with that "diff" I posted it should be really easy to see, what you need to add.

Yes, and 1.4.0 is no longer supported as backend and 1.4.0 clients are no longer available.

Your only option is to "fix" the obvious compatibility problems.

So I guess your only choice is to stick with the old version.

It is difficult and I'm not sure how much success you would have with a 2.1.0.

I mean you could try downloading a 2.1.0 source RPM and try changing just xorg back to xfree86 and hope the best, but I still don't know if it would "work" just out of the box. 9.2 after all is quite old. ;-).
