[FreeNX-kNX] nxserver --broadcast does not work

Hi!
I'm using freeNX-0.6.0 with nomachine 2.1.0 sources.
running
   nxserver --broadcast "Hi"
Pops up empty xmessage window with OK button.

Looking into the codes revealed that cmd_send function calls "shift"
twice, which in case of '--broadcast' should be done only once.

I've created the patch that fixes the problem.
