[FreeNX-kNX] Start new FX session

I think there was an ENABLE_AUTORECONNECT(_140 for older clients) entry in the config file of the server to choose to resume the connection automatically.

I _think_ this is up to the client, but I'm not sure. The client asks the
server for a list of the user's sessions, if any. It's up to the client to
decide whether to use an existing session or start a new one. Strangely
enough the same version of the nxclient behaves differently on my 32bit and
64bit boxes. On the 64bit it resumes the existing session if available, while
on the 32bit boxes it asks what I want to do. The configuration is nominally
identical, but I've not diffed the config file(s).
