It is a clean install onto Fedora Core 5 following your guide to the letter. Didn't leave a client.id_dsa.key anywhere. Not in the default locations you list, or when doing a search on the whole filesystem. There is no //var/lib/nxserver/home/ for it to be in. There is only a //var/lib/nxserver/db.
