Did you install the recommended font packages for your Windows NX
client?

What is the monitor/screen resolution on your Linux machine?

What is the monitor/screen resolution on your Windows machine?

Are the settings for both clients exactly the same? (i.e. not one of
the two by any chance using a font server, the other not?)

In your ~/.Xresources and/or /etc/X11/Xresources file(s), is there a
line "Xft.dpi:..." and what does it say?

Did you search the NoMachine Knowledge Base (www.nomachine.com/kb/)
for the keywords "font size"?
