I am thinking of putting a bootable Linux credit card sized CD together
with the latest NX client, I would then make the ISO available for
download either from my site or NoMachines (assuming Gian is happy with
that)

I suppose using thinstation would be a good place to start, but before I
spend any time messing around with this has any one else done it?

I intend supporting NX, floppy and USB file support, also printing
capability.
