NXAgent fails to start as you see here. Most probably it can't find its 
libraries. To debug this do:

su - nxuser
cd .nx

# Look for F-C-* directories and look into session inside of those.

It can also help to change 

#SESSION_LOG_CLEAN=0

to

SESSION_LOG_CLEAN=0

in node.conf.

Then _all_ sessions will be kept, which is very helpful for debugging 
purposes.

@Oliver: Could you add this information in a more general way to a new 
TroubleShooting page?

For this particular case I guess nxagent cannot find the nxcomp 1.5.0 
libraries, because the INSTALL file still has the old information for 1.4.0 
inside.

But you can find and post the correct error by looking into the session logs.
