I have an idea, which is a hack, but should work quite well:

Use a custom screensaver-shellscript (or you could replace kdesktop_lock with 
your own one).

Add:

dcop ksmserver ksmserver logout 0 0 0

in there.

BE CAREFUL! I just tried that on my production machine. (and not in an NX 
session as I should have). My session was instantly logged out.

As you can see you won't be able to have suspended session with that as they 
get logged out too when the screensaver activates itself.

But it _could_ work for your case.
