[FreeNX-kNX] kbtype issues...

OK,
    So for quite some time now, I've been having to patch out the
kbtype flag, because it always gets set to pc102/us from my
nxclient on Linux (either 1.4.0 or 1.5.0) even though I have a
pc104/us keyboard (and the local X sees it as such).  This leaves
me with a non-functioning keyboard.
    Does anyone have any idea what's going on with this?
Any idea how to fix it (other than just lobotomizing out kbtype,
which doesn't seem like a good idea in general to me)?
