This seems to indicate that nxagent was not started correctly.

Please check:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/NX/lib nxagent :1000

if this works and

~/.nx/C-<sess_id>/session on server. (Be fast as the directory is deleted on 
session end or change the rm -rf into the mv in nxnode)
